FAQ

Need more info? Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.

What should I bring for my pet?
We provide kundra cots, blankets, and Nutrisource dog food for every dog who stays, however you are allowed to bring your own food, treats, bedding, and toys from home. No rawhide or rope toys allowed. For cats, you must bring their own food and treats as well as their carrier. Small animals must be brought in their own crates or cages, with all food and litter provided by the owner.
What vaccines do I need for my pet to stay?
For your dog to stay we need an updated Rabies certificate as well as proof of their updated Distemper and Bordetella vaccines. We highly recommend their flu vaccination as well. For cats we require an updated Rabies certificate and proof of their feline Distemper vaccination.
Do you require dog evaluation?
We do not. Because we put the safety and health of our animals and staff first, we do not offer animal group play. We reserve the right to turn away any dog that is known to be aggressive towards people, or refuse future services if we discover they are aggressive during their stay. We highly recommend a daycare stay before a long boarding stay if they have never boarded before, which allows both the staff and the dog to become familiar.
Can dogs from the same family stay together in the same kennel?
Yes! As long as everyone gets along and there are no fights or risk of harm, we will gladly pair dogs in the same kennel. They must be from the same household. We reserve the right to separate dogs if any issues arise that may risk physical harm to pet or person.
How early should I reserve a stay?
This is entirely up to you, the earlier the better chance of reserving a spot especially during our busier seasons. We are able to accommodate many animals, but in the height of summer we often run out of space weeks in advance.
